By accessing or using Vista ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Description of Service
Vista is a cognitive acceleration platform that transforms documents into interactive knowledge maps using AI. The Service includes document processing, semantic analysis, and visualization tools.
3. User Accounts
Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Usage: Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing credentials or creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract proprietary algorithms
- Interfere with the Service's operation or security
- Use automated means to access the Service without permission
- Process content that violates applicable laws
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of documents you upload. You grant Vista a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
Our IP: Vista owns all rights to the platform, including software, algorithms, and generated visualizations. Output from the Service is licensed to you for personal or commercial use.
6. Data Processing
By uploading documents, you acknowledge that they will be processed by AI systems to generate outputs. We do not claim ownership of your original content, but derivative works (summaries, maps) may incorporate our proprietary formatting and visualization techniques.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vista is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Accuracy of AI-generated content or summaries
- Data loss or service interruptions
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Decisions made based on processed information
8. Subscription & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though processed content you have exported remains yours.
